Text Box: Behin-Cara is the first institute in the middle east  which works for improving the productivity level of the systems through powerful means of Operations Research and Management sciences at micro and macro levels. Using micro analytical tools, we are seeking  the optimal situation (Behin) of decision variables and other internal components of the systems and through macro analytical tools, we are seeking  the efficient situation (Cara) of the system performance in the set of systems. Behin-Cara tries to be Behin and Cara.
